Martial arts fitness is described as physical training like mixed martial artists do without the bruises and contact. It is fun and always evolving from TRX exercises, kettlebell, bodyweight, battle ropes, and much more. Each class ends with kickboxing heavy bag rounds. Thai boxing fitness has more kickboxing fundamentals with exercises mixed in with heavy bags and pad work with some light partnered interaction. TRX suspension training is an extremely effective bodyweight workout that works well for beginners all the way to very advanced fitness levels with an emphasis on core strength and hip complex stability muscles. The core, stretch, and balance classes are more laid back and for improving flexibility, strengthening weak areas of the body, and injury prevention as well as post injury rehabilitation.
